These remedy the Ford originals. These actually hold the panel in place the way Ford should have made them. A bit pricey but worth the extra few bucks to avoid aggravation.

A bit over priced but, should last much longer than the original.

It probably goes without saying, but these hold SIGNIFICANTLY better than the pathetic stock plastic units. No more problems with trunk trim!

This has not been a good experience, part of which is my fault; however, that does not effect my 1 star rating. The first set I ordered and received, I lost. My fault. The second set is where the real problem starts. One of the retainers in the pair fits on both studs, the other will not. It will not fit on either stud. This leads me to believe that the threaded insert is of a smaller size or different thread pitch. When I try to contact either Amazon or the seller, they refer me to each other for support. So I ordered a third set, hoping of them will be the same size/pitch as the one I have that works.

Exactly what we needed for our 2006 Mustang. Better quality than the OEM parts, and easier to undo when you need to change out tail light bulbs in the future. Recommend despite the somewhat pricey cost.

I shouldn't be this excited about basic threaded fasteners, but they're just sooooo much better than the plastic garbage that ford used from the factory.Yes they're overpriced, but these are the ONLY metal threaded fasteners I've seen anywhere, so it is what it is, once you've got them, you'll never have to think about it again, if you went looking and found these, just get them and be done with it

Purchases these with the hope that they be better than the solid plastic ones on car now. They are the metal inserts allow them to hold the bolt more securely, no longer have the annoying rattle from trunk area. The only problem I have with them is the cost but being that they are the only ones selling this type with metal threads rather than plastic there's not much you can do.
