I wanted to shed a mere 10 - 15 lbs. and I happened to see an advertisement with Kelly Clarkson. I don't normally "fall" for that type of advertising, but I admire her and thought it must be a reputable product. After several weeks of use, I saw absolutely no difference, whatsoever. It claims to "support ketosis, boosts energy, boosts metabolism" - no change, at all, in any these - at least for me. I was using it "as directed" (one in the morning, one at bedtime). It is also not eligible for return or refund and there is no way to contact the seller. A waste of $50 on three bottles. Lesson learned, here.

I can't see how these are helping at all. Feel like it's a waste of money. You can not return this product, so you are out 69.00 with a product that does not work. Did nothing for cravings or make you feel full. Do not recommend unless you just want to throw money down the drain.
