A tasty protein bar.
I really like these. They taste nice but have a sticky kind of texture. If you can get past sticky fingers after eating ( this bar !! ) , they are very nice. Low in carbs, and a good size. A little pricey, but definitely one of the better bars out there.

Danger : Toilet
Whenever I consume, an hour later I head to the toilet. The taste profile is of Rice Krispies bar. But was not expecting regular toilet breaks hence the rating.

En la línea de altísima calidad del conocido fabricante de barritas energéticas PowerBar, estas barritas están formuladas con muy pocos azúcares y grasas.El contenido calórico total por barrita está por debajo de lo habitual en este tipo de suplementos, que suele rondar las 180 Kcal por barrita. En el caso de las Clean Whey de PowerBar, este no alcanza los 150 grs. En parte al no tener recubrimiento de chocolate y en parte por la sustitución de azúcares por otros ingredientes menos calóricos.El aporte de proteínas por unidad está en la media de 15 grs y por el alto contenido en fibra, está indicado en dietas de control de peso o si precisas cierto nivel de saciado.El sabor está bastante logrado a pesar del bajo contenido en azúcares. Al menos en la de sabor a galletas con nata que he probado yo.
