Makes cleaning tiled floors easier and has done a good job of our rather neglected travertine floor but is unfortunately made of quite brittle plastic. On the 2nd use the handle snapped and now after about 6 uses the safety release for the trigger is very temperamental and clunky feeling like it will break at some point Not worth the £89 that I bought it for as the build quality is poor. However I have amended this review because the company provided a free replacement under warranty when I contacted them.

I found this item much too difficult to control and had to return it. The spinning action of the brush on paving slabs pulls the machine all over the place. I cleaned 2 slabs and had to give up because my arm and hand were aching too much. I imagine that with the softer attachments it may work well on indoor surfaces but in my opinion there is no way that it's suitable for patio cleaning where you need to use the very stiff brush.

The battery is powerful. It came with 6 scrub heads for different cleaning jobs. The appliance is of good quality with sturdy materials. However, it is not easy to use at all. As soon as the spinning scrub head touches the surface, it creates a sideway move to the right, I have to hold it with lots of strength to stop it from moving sideway, it tires me out. If you are not up to that kind of physical exertion, do not buy this!

Works really well on composite decking, nice and sturdy and well made, good battery life used it on a large area of decking and it did not run out of charge Very pleased

EDITED - the seller has been extremely responsive regarding the issue and offered a full refund! So great experience on that side! Thanks! First time use and the handle broke in my hand! I’m a petite woman so it’s not like I have massive strength!! I’m extremely disappointed. It’s poorly made with cheap plastic, and you have no choice then to hold the handle super strongly because as soon as you operate the brush, the whole thing slides on the right and you have to apply extra firm pressure for the brush to stay in place on the floor and actually clean the stones. You also have to press the operating button continuously with your other hand while holding the whole thing in place. Oh my, worst thing I’ve ever bought, my wrist is dead.
