Works great! Made several batches of jerky with no issues. The buttons are toutch sensitive so those saying they had to press hard, made no sense! Highly recommend this dehydrator!

The dehydrator came packaged perfectly and nothing was missing. Very easy to use and I love the fact that it gives you the option of higher temperatures unlike a lot of other dehydrators. I have used this for jerky and fruit so far, and it works like a charm!! Also very easy to clean! If I had any negatives to say about this dehydrator, it would be that the door doesn’t seem to be very durable. After using it only twice, I not have to lift up on the door slightly to get it to close. But other than that, I could not be more pleased!!

I purchased this dehydrator 8-15-24, the dehydrator worked great until 10-16-24. 32 days after the return window closed. I assumed it had a 12 month warranty. I was wrong. Apparently once the 30 return window closes so does their responsibility, unless you paid for an additional 2 or 3 year warranty. I now have a $200 paper weight. I have tried reaching out to the manufacturer, no response at all. I asked Amazon about a manufacturer warranty and they can find no evidence of a warranty. Wouldn't it be nice if that was in the product description?! Update: customer service suggested that I remove the back panel and replace the fuse. When I opened the box I found that the fuse was soldered to the motherboard. I will be delivering this unit to the recycling center tomorrow.

First time using it today 🤞Pros*It heats quickly to desired temperature.It is compact so takes very small counter space.It comes with a guide for different foods.It has 2 silicone matsIt has (half mitts - very tiny)Meat hangerCons*The outside gets very hot 🔥! Definitely warn others in household to not touch the dehydrator while on.*The one ordered is a 10 tray, and much smaller than expected. For small jobs it works fine - If you are wanting to do alot at once, maybe size up or seek the round style dehydrator if counter space is an issue.First test run today - will see how it goes dehydrating fruit. If anything negative occurs, I will update on here.

Door is funky and the book is very poor. I guess if you were from Korea or Japan it might be good. Very poor translation and lots of recipes are for things I have never heard of. You will need to buy another book somewhere else. Other than this, works good.
