I read an article about Lutein and decided to try it out. I picked Lutigold based on the positive reviews.I'm on my third bottle, and my 200 reading glasses were getting too strong. I ordered 150, which I haven't used in at least five years, and they're perfect. It might not work for everybody, but it worked for me.Being 71, all I need to do is find a supplement that gets rid of cataracts lolol

Just opened the bottle. Saw a piece of fuzzy n wanted to take it out and decided to count them as I put them back. The pills are gel and we're not stuck together. They don't seem uniform. There were 117 pics not 120.
