Not read it yet but good condition and perfect for helping you with your spirit guides

Make no mistakes, this book has been written very simply.Ted has cut out all the crap that most armchair esoteric authors usually pile in and gets straight down to business. The exercises contained within this book are actual little gems that the more they are done, the greater the benefits you instantly feel within your life.If you believe this to be your path, conversing with teachers & spirits will help you throughout this current life & in to the next if you still have work to do. I cannot recommend this book enough.

Must get more of this guy's books. Been doing spirit work for over 20 years but only just begun taking a class. This book was exceptionally helpful in breaking down the process of development. Thoroughly recommend, it's simply written and an uncomplicated process to follow for beginners to learn to develop. Well done Ted Andrews and thank you.

I've really enjoyed this book, can't say I'll ever really be able to contact the spirits and the guides but I certainly feel a lot happier having read the book knowing that they are there.Well worth reading.
