This is just the stripped outer layer of the bark, all of the cork material has been stripped. Probably not what you want for isopods, but great for tank backgrounds

The media could not be loaded. I bought these boards in order to mount my orchids. They’ve been up for a few months now and my orchids are still growing. New leaves. I’ll definitely recommend these boards to anyone else who also wants to mount all kids or mount any items on these cupboards. I was initially a bit concerned that potentially the Corkwood degrade due to, some of the moisture from the orchids or that there would be mold. However, none of that has occurred and I absolutely love that I decided to mount the orchids on these boards. They are study a good size and a great quality. They were really easy to attach to the wall .

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my 4 budgies. I broke the piece in half and they were terrified by the size of it. So I broke it into much smaller pieces. 6" x 2" seems to be a good size for them. I was able to drill holes into the cork and then use plastic rings to clip it to the side of the cage. At first the birds ignored it, but once I put millet next to it, they eventually decided they like it. The two females seem to like to nibble it more than the males. I like that it takes them longer to destroy than their other favourites - seagrass mats and the yucca chew slices. After around a week they have only stripped off the top layer of bark. So this will last a while because there are two large pieces included.I bought this because one of my budgies has hyperkeratosis (overgrowth of the cere) and I read that this can help wear that down. So far no luck, because she is just using her beak and not rubbing her cere on the cork.
