My plate carrier has been wearing down on my shoulders and traps. I bought these to help with that problem and I was not disappointed. I have used these through various training exercises and they still feel great just as they did when I first bought them. The color matched my gear. They are very versatile for different types of plate carriers, the gen II and III USMC. They function well and the Velcro is strong. The molle on top is also nice if you’d like to add anything up there such as a TQ. The size fits and feels great.

Fantastic fit on my AR500 plate carrier. Really helps with shoulder comfortability. Went on a 6 mile hike with this and it helped exponentially. Highly recommended great price and quality

Purchased these to replace the original shoulder pads that came with my plate carrier. They are a lot more comfortable than the originals. The padding is durable, and the padding will not slip on your shoulders. However, if you have Velcro on the plate carrier shoulder straps, like mine does, they will slide on the main straps as these do not have Velcro to hold them in place. They also do not come with a tube tamer strap for a hydration pack. I made my own (yellow circle). If they would have come with the Velcro tube tamer, and Velcro for the strap I would be giving 5 stars. I would buy again if needed as it is hard to find decent shoulder pads with good durability. There straps work great on my small military back pack as well as my large Military back pack. These pads are the real deal, especially if you have a load. They are large enough for broad shoulders as well. The padding is no joke and will not flatten.I would love to review more of their products as this is a solid company with great products!

Nice firm cushioning, make sure not to wear this with a tank top or any top that leaves shoulder skin exposed since it is very scratchy however the cushioning is great, used it for a backpack

They help with off setting any discomfort/ pain with wearing a weighted vest while embarking on any activity or workout. But eventually, as usual without pads, the on set of discomfort or pain starts to creep in as if you didn't have the pads on to begin with, and obviously that happens faster with more weight you use

I bought these for my rogue echo weight vest with 20 pound plates (40 total). They fit the 2” shoulder strap perfectly and once I got the strap lengths adjusted better and the pads in place they did relieve the pressure on the top of my traps. I don’t know how they will hold up long term but they seem to be made very well. If you are using them for a plate carrier style weight vest these will (of course) do nothing about relieving the pressure of the plates compressing your chest. So just be aware of what problem you are trying to solve with this purchase.

They look and feel very comfortable. They looked a little too big for my plate carrier, but it was a perfect fit. I like the fact that you can MOLLE any small attachments too it, definitely recommend purchasing
