Convenient
This is so convenient to save time and energy making a bottle which is so important especially when you’re sleep deprived and your baby is crying b/c they are ready to eat! I like that you can control the settings to just dispense hot water if you want, so I can continue to use this for tea or other things even after my baby is done taking bottles. The machine dispenses the correct amount each time and works with different sized bottles. Overall, I think it’s a great product for its ease of use. The only con is that it is slightly loud.

Works like a Dream!
As a busy mom who often flies solo in the mornings, this machine has been a lifesaver. With a few quick clicks of a button, I can have my daughter's bottle ready to go. My daughter won't drink a cold bottle, so the temperature setting is fantastic. Lastly, my favorite feature is the smart memory function. This way, if someone else is watching her, I don't have to worry about them prepping her bottle incorrectly.

Touch screen won’t work, dispensed $30 worth of formula on its own, was replaced with a used one.
The first one my wife and I purchased was broken, as soon as it turned on, it started dispensing formula and water and would not stop. It just kept going and going and going. We had to unplug it to stop it and it was a huge mess to clean up. Then when we turned it on again, the touch screen would not work at all. Ended up returning it and receiving a replacement two days later. As soon as we opened the box, the manual was missing and the drip tray/bottle tray missing. Just done with this product. Return was very easy and the concept was good, measurements were accurate but execution was poor and underwhelming.

Works okay
This formulae machine works pretty okay. I’m finding that the buttons occasionally stop working but when I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back it, they work again. Other than that, the formula is measured accurately and the temperature is great—ideal for the middle of the night when you really don’t want to think.

Game changer for overnight feeds
This product is great for overnight feeds. It is loud so that's definitely one thing to note; however, if you are using it for an overnight feed, it shouldn't necessarily be an issue. The water heats up really well and shows the temperature which is really helpful. Previously, I used a kitchen thermometer that I stuck in the formula. This machine is large just an FYI - BUT it is easy to use and very convenient!
