The quality is impressive—it’s sharp and high-quality, making zesting a easy. I love that it’s slip-resistant, ensuring I have a solid grip while working, and the design of the grater is great. The surface wraps around a bit, which means there are no dead spots, allowing me to maximize zesting efficiency. It’s not just for lemons; I’ve used it for garlic and other ingredients, and it performs every time. The slip-resistant knobs on top are a thoughtful touch, letting me rest the zester on the cutting board without any slipping or rotating. While the zester is amazing overall, I do wish the protective sheath was of a higher quality—it could be sturdier. However, considering the performance and build quality, this zester is definitely worth the extra money compared to others on the market. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe, which is a must for easy cleaning. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to upgrade the protective sheath. Other than that, this lemon zester is a game-changer in my kitchen!

Thought I'd buy a proper Microplane as every decent chef has one, and while it's good, it's no better than my "go cook" one from TK MAXX which was half the price. It's also very narrow which limits what you can use it for. So, if you already have a grater, don't feel like you're missing out. If you don't currently have a grater, maybe look for a wider Microplane instead.
