ok budget pencils
Not sure if I like them that much honestly. I have purchased a set as my holidays pencils (they are cheap, so if I loose or drop any, that's not a big deal). I was playing around with them, but somehow I like BIC Tropicolors far more.. As budget supplies, they are not highly pigmented, quite resistant to breakage.I do find these very hard to blend and get any smooth texture in the end.As with any other children's pencils, the final effect does strongly depend on paper used (attached 2 pieces made using different toned paper - one thin recycled pad [not a good idea] and another one toned cardboard drawing pads- colors look already far better)To work with the mentioned I do use either pastels' toned paper or just thick (very often cardboard) paper. It is important because in order to get any decent tones you just need to press a bit harder sometimes. On a positive side - I do appreciate tnice browns from the color palette. I miss the skin tone pencil - there is a peach color instead (a bit too redish for skin tones in my opinion).Overall - good, budget pencils to learn how to draw/keep practicing. I will use up my set, not going to buy next one.

30 colours and only one Yellow furthermore it is a 'neon' Yellow
The pictures on Amazon are misleading.I was wondering before purchase what is a difference between neon and assorted colours as the price tag was different but the pictures the same. Going to Stabilo webpage does not help as there are neither details what colours are included nor catalogue numbers. I went with the cheaper ones expecting that the neon colours will be added extra not instead of base colours. After all, I am not impressed but could not be bothered to return them. Kids will use them I am sure but this is a very strange choice of colours from Stabilo. The wallet packaging is thin and useless to store pencils. Luckily I went for 'Canvas Wrap Roll Up Pencil Case'I would expect a bit more from Stabilo or a lower price tag for those.I will update the review when kids start to use them.

Good set of colours and in a good tin box
The tim case is essential as they just get muddled up and lost without one!!

Old favourites
I was so glad to find these and at a great price. I have an old set of twelve which I love and have searched for the brand several times unsuccessfully, wanting to replace and add new colours. I only use them for adult colouring but they do sharpen well, go on smoothly, blend and give good gradation of tone. I'm not very keen on the fluorescent colours but they will have child appeal.

Coloured Pencils, same as the other 2, pencil/stationery set, will fit into the case

Pretty cheap, sadly, not very good.
We purchased these assuming they would be of the same good quality as the pencils and felt tip pens Stabilo also make. Unfortunately, we found the leads were broken, so we lost most of the pencil length when we tried to sharpen them. The colours were weak and flaked on the page. We've since replaced them with another brand.
