More than satisfactory!
Great rennet. Worked beautifully. I used 3 tablets to one gallon of whole milk from a Food Coop to make fresh cheese. Just Delicious!

Works great if you follow instructions.
Comes with no instructions. So, did some digging on the internet to figure that 1/2 tablet will curd 2 gallons of milk. Also, it needs to be powdered and dissolved in a bit of water before being mixed into the milk. Other than that it works great.

Did not work!
Followed the directions and milk barely set at all. I later tried doubling the amount suggested with the same results. I tried a different rennet and it worked perfectly.So basically these rennet tablets cost me 2 gallons of perfectly good farm fresh milk. Don't waste your time with this one.

Bad experience.
It worked too well All my cheese did not turn out good end up throwing them away after the third try it was as if it couldn't get them jelly it would make it hard too quick definitely prefer animal types.
