Why did I pick this product vs others?After researching several training collars, I chose the Jugbow Dog Shock Collar because of its long range, multiple training modes, and waterproof design. It had excellent reviews and seemed well-suited for both small and large dogs. Looks:The cyan blue color is vibrant and stylish. It looks modern and professional, not intimidating like some other training collars. Build quality:The build feels solid and high-quality. The remote is lightweight but durable, and the collar fits securely on my dog without being uncomfortable. Material thickness:The collar material is thick enough to be sturdy, yet soft enough to not irritate my dog’s neck. The strap is adjustable and well-stitched. Height/Fit:It fits perfectly on my medium-sized dog, but I can see how it would easily work for smaller or larger breeds thanks to the adjustable strap. Functionality:The four training modes (beep, vibration, shock, and light) give me a lot of flexibility depending on what my dog needs. I mostly use vibration and beep, and they’ve been very effective. The security lock is a great safety feature to avoid accidental shocks. Plus, the 4200FT range really delivers—we’ve tested it at the park with no issues.

I am happy because I was already tired because my puppy did not pay attention to me, he was aggressive, he barked a lot and was very imperative, he would get away from me and go where he kissed and I was very afraid that he would not come back, that is why I was looking for something that would help me and I found this dog training collar, one size fits all for baby and large dogs, it has 3 different sounds, beep, vibration and choke. I waited to try it on my puppy and then give my opinion. I hope it is helpful to people who love puppies and that it is easier for you with this training collar to educate them easily and quickly without having to mistreat them, I give it a 10 rating

Fantastic product. We live in the suburbs, on a lot that’s about 1/3 of an acre. With two dogs, we’re able to reach out and correct behavior- with only the beep! We’d never use the shock feature, but we’d definitely use the vibration, if needed.I like that it is customizable for each dog, the strength of the beep, vibration, or shock, for each animal.The range, for our lot, works well - through walls and whatnot - never an issue. We primarily use it as a bark collar, because we respect our neighbors, but what’s nice about this compared to “regular” bark collars is that you don’t have to wait for the device to recognize a bark. You’re in control. Yes, you have to pay attention and work the remote, but I find it far more affective than the three brands of bark collars we’ve tried previously.

7/2 UpdateCustomer Support reached out to me 2 days ago and offered a free replacement or gift card.I’ve upgraded my rating from 1 to 4 stars following their efforts to address the issue. I’ve asked for the item replacement and will update this thread if anything noteworthy occurs.Original review below:The radio channel selector button (which allows you to toggle between the two ecollars) stopped working less than a week after receiving the product.Since the channel can no longer be switched, the remote will now only work with 1 collar, making the second collar useless.I’ve registered the product with Jugbow and emailed them about the issue on 6/18/25. They boast 24hr customer support service but I still haven’t heard back from them.In short: controller breaks easily and customer support does not respond. Will likely have to go through Amazon support for a refund.
