I was always worried about cutting myself on traditional mandolins, but no longer. Not only is this a safe kitchen tool, it is fun to use. I laugh almost every time I use it. It is so nice to quickly slice even slices.This is easier to store, setup, use, and clean than the traditional flat units. The container to catch the slices is so convenient and also easy to clean.Slapping the unit lets out daily frustration and provides a laugh.

Love my purchase. First time using a mandoline. Food prep is so much easier. Chose this one especially for the many different choices of cut size. Everything works great. Cleaning and folding away is a breeze.

The product is easy to use and clean. There are no replaceable parts that would allow for julienne or waffle cut--that was clear; however, I do miss the fact that it is not truly suitable for slicing tomatoes (that would have been nice). Works as expected. Like the "Safety" feature.

Easy set-up, fun to use. Secures easily to smooth counter. Sturdy. If cutting big potatoes, they have to be cut in half first, to fit into the chute. It helps to trim the first part by hand, in a way that will allow the fruit or vegetable to sit correctly against the blade for consistent slices. If the produce goes in at an odd angle you might get different, inconsistent shapes. They will all be the same thickness, though. This slicer makes produce prep easy and fun. There is a tub to catch the slices as they come out. It holds a limited (but decent) amount. It is made specifically to fit underneath the slicer. If you need a lot more you could secure it, without the tub, to a smooth glass cutting tray (or similar). The included tub holds about one large, sliced item before it needs emptied or transferred to a dish. One potato, one pear... Blades are sharp. Amazing for scalloped potatoes. Also makes beautiful display of pears for decorative serving along yogurt, salad, cereal. SO many possibilities. It does make produce prep easier, faster, more consistent, beautiful, and texturally pleasing. The thickness of the cut is adjustable. Safe design. Easy to clean.

Excellent value , durable for what I need, blades adjustment worked well, easy to work. Don't know how I cooked without this slicer. Speeds of cooking.

This is literally the best thing since sliced bread, although it doesn't actually slice bread :pI am absolutely in love with this product, been using it more days then not, I'm fast with a knife but the sheer time savings for prepping for our families large dinners makes this thing one of the most valuable tools in my kitchen. That's saying a lot as I love my cooking toys.It's so incredibly safe to use, clean up really isn't that bad and I even let it sit overnight (shame on me) but clean up really didn't suck. Just in the first week of use it probably saved me hours.How it folds up and the veggie shoot fits into the bin makes storing it easy and space saving. Time consuming thin slicing veggies is a thing of the past.I'll definitely be a repeat customer as long as the quality remains! Highly recommending to all family and friends as this blows literally every mandolin slicer and chopper I've ever owned out of the race.That includes my food processor as you would have to disassemble to emptying before continuing where as this slicer can also fit on a pan and the anti slip feet allow you to use it without the veggie bin, which by itself is quick and easy to empty if you do choose to use it.Zero complaints at this time. Hopefully it lasts me years. Just love, love, love this thing 💕

Best invention ever! Slices are perfect, no assembly required, very easy and convenient. It’s also lightweight and sturdy. Easy clean up Just rinse with water and you’re good to go. I love the safety of the mandolin. Your fingers and hands never touch the blade. Just insert the vegetable in the compartment you don’t have to hold on or let alone touch it and pump the handle up and down. So simple and very safe. I definitely recommend this product.
