Important but challenging for instructors
This is a very good book a d almost one of its kind. However, it's difficult to use for undergraduate teaching because of the organization with jumping around between classical Greece, Hellenistic times, and the Roman republic and empire.

A woman's perspective
This book offers a glimpse of what might have been going on in women's minds during antiquity and has been invaluable in my understanding of women's lives during this time.

Four Stars
Super useful and practical sourcebook for university courses. Some glaring errata here and there.

Some damage.
Book arrived just seconds ago, upon opening it i noticed a level of damage i would not expect from a brand new, £30 book. The packaging is intact so damage is not a result of that.

Bad
Boring and disorganized; it was a pain to have to find specific sources. Every worksheet I received was a scavenger hunt through this. Worst textbook I had to buy this year.
