Excellent love it

Many things wrong with this product.- The worst instruction manual I have ever encountered- Packaging inconsistency... returned the first unit I bought as it was missing parts and came with other incorrect parts. The second shipment was better, but also did not come with all necessary parts- The assembly is the wrong size for the US market. Made multiple trips and spent more money on a few adapters to make it work. Would not recommend for individuals with little to no plumbing experience- Finally got it set up only to see that the interface of the screen does not work correctly. Some buttons do not work properly. The initial setup of holding a tab down for 5 seconds does not work.- The most important reason and reason why I bought the unit is the hot water function. This does not work. Heats up from 20 degree to about 34 degree Celsius and stops there. It also takes a out 15 minutes of running and wasting water to achieve that temperature- Tap adapter B is a terrible design that wastes water the entire time you are using the machine. Not environmently friendly at all- The machine itself is not balanced well and can potentially tip over of placed on the counter rather than flushed against a barrier

The product was great, the delivery the whole process was really great, I'm just unable to use it at my home because I do not have a continuous water source to hook up to

The water does taste cleaner after going through the carbon fiber filter, and the machine does exactly as it says so I’m happy with it.

The motor stopped working as soon as the return policy expires. Mine which was only used for drinking water lasted for 4 months only. The water runs straight in and out because the motor stopped working with thousands of gallon capacity still available for filter. When I called Amazon for help they told me that I need to google and contact the manufacture myself who are located oversea like Korea. I can't get my money back &480 plus tax nor can anyone fix it. Its now trash. If you disregard this warning and buy it, you better pay for multi years warranty. Don't say I didn't warn you because Iam still angry for the lack of support on this product

Great value for your money quality and performance

I received this product in May of this year and I have tried many times, to set up/ reset up this and it does not change the water in any way. I am past my 30 days to return so I am out the money and product. I thought I could get it to work by setting it up the multiple ways it says in the instructions but I could not. It did come with a filter but it does not work at all. The alkaline level stayed the same as before. Do not waste your money.
