I love this stuff! I make my own healthy low low calorie soda water and I am drinking more water than I have ever in my life. I like to take the Simple Syrup mix it with the organic ginger (good size helping) and vanilla syrup! It is the best ginger ale ever!! And it’s all natural and low calorie!!

This is the yummiest mixer I have found online! I love the Yuzu flavor, as well as the hibiscus & cardamom flavors.I have purchased this twice now (six total) and they have consistently stayed true to their flavors, without being overpoweringly sweet. Other than being very expensive, they are worth it!

Awesome! Just got mine in time for 4th of July Snowcones!High quality. Amazing flavors. True taste, nothing artificial about them! I HIGHLY recommend buying ftom this company.Also good in drinks with or without Alcohol! I will be buying MORE.I will be trying this on pancakes and waffles next!

WOOO! The Yuzu flavor is BY FAR my favorite and the taste was exactly what I was looking for! I will be ordering this again without a doubt.The other two flavors were not as satisfying, but I'm always giving props to independent businesses so at least they're out there doing the dang thing.The ginger flavor isn't bad, but you have to use A LOT of it to get any kick from the ginger. This syrup is nice, but not gingery enough for me. It's not a product I would purchase again unless it was given more kick.The root beer flavor is quite traditional/earthy. If you're expecting it to taste like root beer soda, you may be disappointed. I personally was avoiding that sugary soda flavor and was looking for something closer to a sarsaparilla profile. If you have a similar expectation, I would suggest avoiding this syrup as it is no where close to that flavor. This syrup is earthy with some peppery flavors to it. It's good, but I also can't compare it to any other flavor I've had before and it won't be something I'm interested in purchasing again. To each their own!That yuzu though? Perfection!

Absolutely delicious syrup! Great for cocktails, a refreshing drink or flavorful iced coffee drink. So glad I tried these!

I rarely write reviews for products, but have to for the Portland syrups. I make carbonated water with a Soda Stream and added a bit of the Ginger syrup and it may be one of the best Ginger Ales ever! I also did the same with the Passion Fruit, with the same result. They are also perfect for Mai Tai's and other rum drinks. This is just a first class product.

Well.. My hopes were shattered. We have had the brown sugar syrup. That is excellent. I opted to buy the mojito mix and spicy ginger as well. The spicy ginger is ok. A little kick for the Moscow Mule. The mojito…. Wow…. This is bad…REALLY bad…. Mojitos aren’t brown, first of all, but the taste is gross. I cannot even explain what it tastes like, but it’s surely not “Mojito” mix. Avoid avoid avoid.

Not only did this arrive on time and perfectly packaged but the Marionberry flavor totally delivers. Reminds me of childhood, especially after living in the Midwest for almost 30 years. Almost as good as the real thing, but as close as I can get from so far away♥️.
