Why did you pick this product vs others?:Service installation was done in one day after the delivery but I am a bit nervous on water tasteRest all.everything was good.

I had a very disappointing experience with this product. First, the installation took 5 full days, which was frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no urgency or proper coordination from the service team. I even had to pay extra for installation, which added to the cost.To make matters worse, the product stopped working right after installation. I was told a technician would visit "today or tomorrow," but no fixed time was given. The lack of proper communication and delayed support clearly shows that customer service is not a priority for this brand.Now, I’m stuck with a non-functional product, and if I return it, I not only lose time and energy but also the money I paid for installation. This is extremely unfair to customers.I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. A product should come with reliable support, especially when issues arise right at the beginning. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here.

Good product

Good looking product working well but there is no much difference between tds of tap water and product outcome. Water also tastes different from tap water.
