Worked as described quite well. Many complaints about leakage at hose fitting. The product comes with both a plastic insert and a rubber hose washer to be inserted in the connector on the product. Without these pieces the product will leak at the connection. With; not a drop. I will say that the packaging (simply two bottles of product shrink wrapped together in this case) does allow for these pieces to be easily dropped or fall out and missed or “lost” in the packaging when removing the bottles. Would give it 4.5 stars for cleaning ability and 5 for ease of use; that compared with cleaning windows externally by using a ladder and window cleaner and rags/squeegee, or by cleaning by hand by tilting windows inside (double hung windows) and also having to remove and clean the screens by hand. That is the biggest benefit with regard to this product; It cleans the screens and windows quite well without having to fuss with either one. Soak the windows thoroughly using the ‘rinse’ setting, using the ‘clean’ setting, spray deliberately for a good 30 seconds, allow to soak for a bit (don’t let product dry) rinse with ‘rinse’ setting thoroughly. Would not try to use product in full sun as I believe the product would dry too quickly, shade worked best. Would purchase again without hesitation.

Washed windows on north and south of house some with screens and they are very clean. Windowsills are still a littie dirty.

I reviewed this once, but I can't see my review, do here it is: This is crap. The spray nozzle gets you more wet than the windows. The product goes thru very fast, so you use a bottle on just a few windows.The second bottle quit spraying altogether. My windows did not get clean. I had to go over them with Windex. Horrid waste of money and time!

Attached easily to the hose. On and off function is easy to use. Manipulates nice for good coverage but product doesn't rinse clean. Left streaks and residue, had to clean windows a second time with spray cleaner. Won't buy again.

This stuff is great! I have the cleanest windows in the neighborhood.

It cleaned the windows well enough, but left spots all over the windows. Now I have to go back and redo them. A little disappointed.

Make sure you rinse windows and screens first then spray on cleaner, let sit for 1 minute do not let it dry on windows and rinse off. Worked great for me and I had no hose end leakage issues.
