TORQUE SPECS Base Clamp Screws:- 30 in/lbs Ring Screws:- 18 in/lbs Ring Size: 30mm Height to Centre: 36.45mm / 1.435” Review: Perfect for a new vortex viper pst 6x24x50 on an Ar10 with a 1913 railed handgaurd up front. The main concern i had; would it clearance the scope away from the handgaurd rail w/o touching. The answer: The front of the scope clearances the rail with magpul rail ladders installed nicely and has a decent but not excessive gap. I also lapped the rings a little with a tool I already had. The rings seemed aligned well enough, but there was a noticeable change in the contact area after doing a few passes with the lapping tool. Overall not bad for the $$. Beats shelling out $400 for a larue qd mount, especially when i already had a lapping tool for the 30mm rings. ;) I'll do some zero tests this summer and update this review if i have issues. I like to store the rifle and scope seperate due to space limitations in the safe, so having a somewhat quick detachable mount is a big plus. Review: Have not put on AR yet! Waiting on scope to arrive.
