No Google services no Netflix..

There was no user Manual in the box.. Google play services not working. . Netflix not working as it askes for an update but never update bcoz it says the Google services need to be updated.. When go to Google services it's updated but not working.. Nothing is working... Only you tube... It's very frustrating.. I want to return the TV box.
