Ok I totally just updated this review. Since I purchased this device I now fall asleep with no problems and sleep soundly through the night and I feel calm. I am someone who has ADHD and suffer from insomnia. I am also a psychic medium. I work with energy a lot. This has been the only thing that will help me sleep. You never realize how much EMF waves affect you. I happen to be very sensitive to EMF and I felt the transformation right away. For some of you , you may notice a gradual change. All I can say is I never want to be without this. When I leave the house I have an EMF bracelet I never take off.I use a faraday Bag for my lap too and iPad when not in use and I also have a grounding pillow case and mattEMF if radiation and it can cause health issues and cancer and a list of symptoms including insomnia and mood swings, anxiety etc. you can look it up on Google. There is also believed to be a link between the Covid 19 vaccine and 5G which you can research for yourself. Look up information in the NLM (National Library of Medicine )I 100% recommend this. Just buy it. It’s an investment for protection that lasts for years before you need a new one and you can travel with it.

I received my order VERY quickly! This product is of good quality and I have already noticed a difference in my sleep since using it. That is certainly peace of mind for me. Obviously, I recommend it!

Buyer beware. If you believe in science and need proof of evidence then this product is not for you.Unfortunately I think I will be returning. This kind of product doesn’t meet the standards of scientific evidence and leans heavily on buzzwords and unverifiable claims, I don’t believe there is any scientific backing for “harmonizing energy”, it is a very mainstream and not a measurable effect.it’s a product built on pseudoscience and likely only has a placebo effect—if any.

This made me extremely dizzy as soon as I plugged it in. Completely unexpected. I tried walking into another room dizziness subsided, tried again.This is a mid 20th century house which has very poorly insulated and poorly grounded electricity, with the meter directly outside the bedrooms, I plugged it in the outlet closest to this, so I don't know if this is a factor.Also it has a very bright blue light so this could be an issue for some.So it's not for me but clearly it's doing something so give it a try! The return process was easy so if it's not for you there's no risk

I honestly wasn’t sure about this, but figured I’d give it a try after having a functional medicine doctor tell me I have been exposed to high levels of electromagnetic radiation. “They asked if I stand in front of the microwave or do I sleep with my phone?” The answer is I sleep with my phone charging next to me every single night. I decided to try this device out to lower that radiation. I never realized it was affecting my sleep. I would recommend this to anyone!!!

I want to be optimistic about this but I'm just not sure. We don't feel any different, we don't really notice anything but that's not to say it isn't doing its job. I wouldn't say that we have obvious symptoms or reactions to EMF but because it can be a silent killer, I rated 4 stars due to peace of mind. I'm hopeful, and having something is better than nothing! It serves as a nightlight at the very least :)
