Absolute game changer for me...
(Not important, but - Not sure why image changed after I purchased.) I am 100% satisfied with this lamp. I work late and sleep not before 2 or 3 AM. When it is time to sleep, i put it on, then my body gets the signal to release Melatonin (sleep harmone), which usually come between 9Pm - 11PM. Im not a light therapy professional. I came across some user and so using. Absolute game changer for me... From 3 AM my sleep clock starts, and I wake up peacefully at 11AM...no heavy head... Thank you maker. Thank you seller.... It is expensive, I bought at 4K and non-refundable. But worth it....absolutely worth it...
