I love my hori hori knife !

I haven't had a chance to put this to use yet. It appears sturdy and well made. Edges are very sharp. However, it is heavy compared to the nisaku knife I have. The sheath is nylon and I would prefer leather. Finally, the metal in the handle sticks out slightly from the wood which will be uncomfortable and cause skin problems, unless you use gloves. If you are okay with these things, then it is a decent knife for the price.

The quality isn't bad but the measurements on the blade are off if that doesn't bother you then it might be worth it. For the price though there's others that are better. Edit to add the tip broke after about a month.
