Seems to be the perfect size. I bought the smaller sixty four ounce one, and that was just too tiny.This one looks perfect for me and my wife with a little extra capacity. I love the screen, that's included, really nice, fine mesh. So I should be able to keep the beef tallow, really clean

Have not used it yet, but I really like it. Each piece a good weight to it (basket is lighter). Its well made, the filter has VERY tiny holes the oil will be CLEAN. Can't wait to use it. Finish is not shiny, brushed steel luster.

This is an interesting piece of cookware..... I had read mixed reviews on it but decided to try it. It seems to be working for our 2 person household. Actually works better than I expected. Don't expect to make a large quantity of anything in it, but does the job for us.

I have to be honest and say I usually avoid deep fryers because I can find them a bit messy, but my air fryer just wasn't giving me that perfect texture I was craving. I decided to give this cute little pot a try and I am so pleasantly surprised! It actually works very well and makes everything so yummy and crispy. It did take me a little practice to figure out the right amount of food to put in since I tend to overstuff things and that caused a bit of an oil mess on the counter. Once you get the hang of filling it just right it is fantastic. The little basket makes it super easy to lift your food out to check on it which I love. My favorite part is definitely the size because it fits right into the dishwasher without taking up all the space which makes cleanup a breeze. I actually liked it enough to buy a second one! It is a really great addition to my kitchen for those special fried treats.

I ordered all 3 sizes. The small and large baskets and lids fit as intended. The medium ones basket is off sized so lid does not fit flat. Although it doesn’t affect the use of the product it creates issues with appearance and storage. Quality control is an issue.

I love this little kitchen tool. I used to hate cooking anything in oil but this makes it so easy and clean up is a breeze. The filter makes it easy to clean the oil also. I plan on buying more as gifts

This comes in so handy when you want to fry something up. The capacity is just right for smaller portions and the basket keeps hands from touching the oil. Lightweight and looks good too.

It's not easy to pour water. It spills a lot when you pour it. It's good for boiling water, but it's inconvenient.

Amazing piece of equipment. It looks beautiful, works well as boiling pot, frying it does well with strainer basket for easy use. if you want to carry just 1 do it all pot for all your camp cooking this is a very strong candidate. Tea it will make nicely, pasta boiling done, pakodas done! It has what they call a grease strainer too for which i found no alternate use yet. Only complain i have is a missing scale marking on the inside and the handle gets too hot as its welded to the pot. other than that its perfect.

The unit is all stainless steel and will not work on my induction stove.
