Roland Bean Thread Noodles, 8.8 oz

I love cellephane noodles but can not find them in my local stores anymore. So the price seems high but to me it was worth it.......yummy in soups , spring rolls and asian salads

These are true Mung clear Glass noodled threads and work great for Thai recipes and curries. Easy to use just soak for 10 min. in warm water.

I bought these to make lettuce wraps. They worked well. I assume you can buy them cheaper at at your local Asian store.

Made a sweet & spicy veggie dish with these. They were the perfect consistency.

I like that I can get the noodles without going to a store.

The ingredients online on both the package and in the description shows just mung bean starch. When I opened and cooked the first pack, I could see a difference in texture (more sticky) and in taste (more starchy) from previous brands that use only mung bean. I looked on package and it shows potato starch as the first ingredient and mung bean starch as the second. This is a misrepresentation of ingredients.

Great for making ramen or pho. Add flavors veggies and protein. Delicious Yumminess.

Great product! This was exactly what I was looking for to make soup and use in summer rolls.
