Firstly i ordered this rotimaker as we eat rotis twice a day, so thought of making my life easy and this roti maker did his job awesomely. Starting from fulka, paratha, bhakari , this roti maker makes everthing perfect. My first rotimaker worked really well for nearly 5 months but after that the power light began to blink frequently and roti maker got slow.. I reached out the Star blue and request them if they could replace my rotimaker with working/new one. Team star blue replied me immediately and promise me to send the new one. To my surprise i got the delivery of new one in 3 days.. Very co corporative company with great product..I appreciate the help and support provided by them in recognizing the valued customers.

I feel embarrassed that I bought this, it is utter trash. You cannot use it as a press, the flat breads must already be flat otherwise they shoot out the bottom. Total waste.

This is my second star blue roti maker in 5 years the first one was very heavy duty solid and had great quality of non stick. I gave it while I was relocating. I bought the same one in 2025 this is slightly loose not very heavy and handle is light and loose and non stick is not very well coated. Both roti makers made rotis perfect. I’m sharing some pic of my first 3 rotis this roti maker made, still great very soft and perfect to heat even next day, I am able to create parathas , poori half done and samosa wrappers to freeze this is multi purpose device but make sure to use it carefully as I feel the handle is not sturdy in this product.

The media could not be loaded. There is definitely a learning curve to this. But once learn it will cut your work in half. It took several tries for me to learn it. I gave 4 stars because the press handle could be a little more sturdy.Here is my technique to make puffed up roti.Dough has to have more moisture.

Does not make the tortillas correctly. They fall apart completely and are super hard when cooked completely. Lets out crazy steam-be careful. Waste of money.

Not up to our desire and expectation. Not fit for us.

Saw it at a friends place and got tempted to buy. Bought two infact for my parents too. However it was too cubersome to use, took quite some time and the rotis came a little too crispy rather than soft for my taste. Had to return both.

i bought this product in December i had a problem now, there customer service fixed my problem just in 1 email and send me replacement.product is very good very helpful who are really looking for desi roti’s its best choice .
