I bought this to use with my Korean BB creams and it works perfectly for this purpose. It's much easier and faster than a brush. It uses way less product than a beauty sponge. Super smooth and even application. And it's so freaking soft!I dot the BB cream on my face then use this cushion to tap it in and I'm done in a minute. I've used other cushions before but this one is my favorite because of how easy it is to work with.Although it stains (they made it a light beige color, staining is to be expected) it's easy to wash and disinfect it.I love that it comes with a container, too.

So I’m sure this would work well for general cushion foundations, but I bought it to try with my regular foundation (maybelline super stay skin tint) and while it does work well, it absorbs a lot of product. A lot more than my beauty blender. So I’m just going to save it for when I find a cushion foundation that actually matches my skin and see if it works better with that.

I have tried MANY beauty-blender-like products. This is now my favorite. I have been using for several months. It is so much squishier than any other sponge like it, and doesn’t need to be week like a typical makeup sponge

Was so glad that I found this sponge… I currently bought the Tir Tir cushion foundation; red version, and I absolutely am in love with foundation-I have dry, mature skin with deep wrinkles, etc.… The foundation shrinks my pores. It makes everything smooth as glass! I was a little disappointed in the very thin sponge that does come with the Tir Tir cushion… So I ran across the sponge and let me tell you! It’s worth its five bucks!!!Just remember, you pretty much just need to press down, not very hard, into the cushion foundation. If you’re having trouble and it looks too thick, you're using way too much! A very little bit goes a long, long way! But definitely try the sponge
