The spring holding the device in place is strong. The headrest clamp is heavy duty, with no play after tightening. Overall, it’s such a solid build that there’s little risk of it falling apart in the event of an accident.It would have been best if the headrest mount had rubber sleeves to prevent wear on metal and surrounding fabric.Two reasons for the low rating. It’s a bit expensive, but, more importantly, when mounted with no tablet in place it rattles so badly you have to take it off and put in the boot. This is a major flaw and a very annoying one, due purely to build quality.
