Absolutely Nasty® Kakuro Level Four (Absolutely Nasty® Series)

As expected, these puzzles certainly are "absolutely nasty", but what a delicious nastiness indeed. Like level three in this series, the grids are very open in their layout and most challenging, partly because of this. It even seems that you'll have to resort to trial and error in a few instances. That, or I might just have been unobservant from time to time. Some of the increased difficulty is due to the fact that level four puzzles make use of sums of all nine digits, often placed quite near each other. As a whole, I don't think kakuro can get more challenging and aesthetically satisfying at the same time than this. Whole-heartedly recommended.

An excellent book! Having never used the 'Absolutely Nasty' kakuro before I jumped straight in for this one thinking ' yep, I can do Kakuro, I would like a challenge'. These ones are haaaard. But I loved them. It took my whole two week holiday to get the hang of how hard they are, but I would definitely buy from this range again. If you like Kakuro and want a challenge, level four is for you. If you like Kakuro and want a sense of accomplishment, go for level 3. If you've never done Kakuro, level 1 or 2 without a doubt. Excellent purchase, speedy delivery.

These books are the best Kakuro puzzles I have come across. Each puzzle takes between 40 minutes and a couple of hours to do and it's most enjoyable the way the numbers slot into place as you make progress. There are only 4 in the series and I write this review as I am nearing the end of book 2. I'm looking forward to books 3 and 4 and I don't know what I'll do when they're finished! I cannot recommend these books highly enough.

Nearing the end of Book 4 in which I have found about a dozen that I cannot solve.Looking for a new book, but I can't find another spiral bound of this level, so I am about to order another Book 4 and do them again.Should take a little over a year. Excellent.

Super! This kakuro is really nasty, but I love it. It is meant for people, who have been solving kakuro for a long time and need a huge challegne.
