Super for our pontoon
I got this for my hubs as a gift and we both really love it! After using it several times, we are completely happy with it. It's pretty easy to clean as long as you clean it between each use. It cooks burgers, hot dogs, and foil packet potatoes perfectly. We are looking forward to trying many other dishes as we spend a lot of time on our pontoon. We fit 6 burgers on it with no problem and even got 8 on at one time when we were grilling with friends. I will say the drip tray is kind of small so we fixed a foil pan under it (attached with some duct tape) to catch the overflow. We don't like to pollute the water with grease and it worked great for us. It really only factors in with burgers as hot dogs and most other foods are not as greasy. We would definitely recommend this for any boat with a square rail.

Works great on the rail of a Sun Tracker pontoon boat
This item arrived quickly and well packaged. The modifications that were performed (The Arnall's grill brackets) are well made and look/perform great. The rivets used to secure to the base of the grill are tight and look professional. The mounts themselves are padded where they come in contact with the boat rail and do a good job of preventing wear on the rail. The brackets, when not attached to the boat, fold up with the legs of the grill and are easily stored along with it. a bonus is that the grill can still be used when not attached to the boat. This grill and mount system should provide some great cookouts on and off of the boat. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the grill
We got the grill for our pontoon boat and love it. The instructions were very easy to understand. We followed the step by step instructions and the grill set up as described. As long as you follow the instructions the grill will be level and attach to the boat perfectly. We had no problem with the food staying on the grill. The grill heated up and cooked the food just fine. It fits more food then what we expected. I would definitely recommend this grill to anyone. We really enjoyed grilling while on the lake.

Worked Great but could use some mods.
Grill started relatively easy. Test run on the boat worked out well. Brats and buns on the grill and they came out great. Grill cooled down while we floated on rafts. Wing nuts (as others mentioned) would have need a really good idea, or even cotter pins with wire to keep parts together. I wouldn't cruise with the grill attached (shaking, clanking of parts inside, etc.) so wing nuts (as others mentioned) would have need a really good idea, or even cotter pins with wire to keep parts attached without risk of losing them overboard when connecting to the railing.

Great for the boat!
So far so good! Took this out over the weekend for its maiden cruise. Did Hot Dogs for the grandkids and everything worked great. Fit great on the rail and the hardware is very sturdy. Rode all around the lake with it mounted and didn't see any problems. Plan on using this alot!

Absolutely fantastic
Fits the rail perfectly. Easy to put up & take down. Maintained heat great. Highly recommend!

Grill is good, rail mount is too small
I have cooked on this 3 times so far. Heat is acceptable for a small grill (I pay attention and move things around as they cook) and the grill is pretty easy to clean. The mount, however, is too tight and does not fit on my rails. One side will almost fit (I use a spare coupler pin on that side), but I cannot get a pin through the other. The mount is very sturdy though. If the rail fit, this would get 5 stars.

Pontoon plug compromise grill....eh...not great but good for sure
Fantastic combo thats works in a pinch. Horrible grill though. The cuisinart grill really is poor at heat control. You crank it and it gets hot after 8 to 10 minuts and continues until it burns food....open the cover....bam...heat almost gone. Does not cook food well but in a pinch it is awesome
