Effective, Good Quality Supplement
I really found this effective to help resolve my sleep issues. Nutrova has been offering many high quality health products, many of which I regularly consume and they all seem to be very good. This one too. Price point is also reasonable for the quality offered. Good packaging. Highly recommended.

Great product, surprisingly sleeping well even with D3 in it
Great product, surprised how sleep is unaffected even after adding D3, which is usually supposed to send "wake up" signals.

Adulterated product

Been like a magic product for better sleep!
I have struggled with a good night's sleep and was advised by friends to try Magnesium . I was intrigued by this combination with Vitamin D as that has been a deficiency for me for many years. Best multivitamins
It helped my knee pain and bodyache to reduce. I was able to sleep peacefully because of the magnesium contain in it. Would recommend for all age group above 40yrs.
