Worth it! Love it!!
We need a bike holder that can hold the SE bikes big tires and this fit perfectly. Durable product. Mounted on our wall easily. Looks great too! Keeps his bike up and away from everything. Everything looks very organized.

Works great
This wasn't terribly difficult to put up. All 3 of our bikes work with the racks. Used 2 x 4 in studs so we had a good anchor in the wall. Very glad the screws had hex heads so we didn't have to worry about stripping the screw. Used from my tool kit CR-V 10 mm hex head to screw in the large anchor screws from the frame kit. My hubby helped me install, but we decided after two were up, that we needed to move one to fit the bikes better. I ended up moving the one rack by myself and it wasn't difficult to put up by myself and was still level.

Wobbles in mount but a good rack
The rack is sturdy. The plastic that the rack mounts to seems flimsy.Since it accepts different tire widths The tires wobble around in the mount (I have a road bike and mountain bike) so the bike sits a bit tilted in the mount, not exactly straight as in the photos. Wish the area that held the tire was adjustable so the bike didn’t wobble in it.The swivel of the bike rack is nice and it does get the job done.

Great bike storage
These are great. They are very heavy duty, emphasis on heavy. When we installed them directly to sheetrock they compressed the sheetrock a bit (without having a bike on it). So my husband decided to mount a wide piece of plywood to the sheetrock then mount the racks on the plywood, which worked perfectly. It's very easy (just a little time consuming) to adjust the arm for the tire, it's just 4 bolts. Getting bikes on and off the rack is very easy and it helps to make everything look neat and organized. Very happy with purchase.

Excellent product; ingenious "swing to side" design!
Our handyman installed this a couple weeks ago with no problems. Rack appears to be very sturdy. Not sure about other comments re: doesn't work for "heavy bikes" - as my husband's bike is VERY heavy as per the handyman and hubby! It works perfectly next to the front side of my husbands car, so it is out of the way when he pulls in. The "swing" option makes excellent use of space, allowing you to have the bike at easy access, but tucked further back by a huge amount vs. regular straight on bike racks that have the bike sticking out. My husband tells me nearly every day "thank you for buying this - it makes it so much easier to pull in the garage and get out of my car with ease".

Bolts overtorqued, unusable
The product itself looks nice, and like it would work well. But the unit that arrived had the bolts extremely overtorqued, and I was unable to remove two of them without stripping the head. Looks like I'm not the first to have this issue. I'm sending it back, and getting a replacement. Will update after.Update: New unit arrives. Bolts are still overtorqued. I had to use a cheater bar on my allen wrench to break them open. However, I was able to get them all open without stripping the heads this time. Mounting it was very easy, and it works very well once done. Just hope you get one that wasn't overtorqued.

Great product for the price
I'm rating this 5 stars because of its value compared to name brand options like the steadyrack. I purchased the 4-pack which was 110 dollars with the coupon. For that price, these are unbeatable. These are so much better than the racks that hook onto your front wheel for a variety of reasons. It's safer for your bike, easier to load, is more secure when you pivot it.I'll address some of the negative reviews which seem like they are either fake reviews or are coming from ignorance.Someone said they don't fit 28" wheels:First off, I'm not sure where you got 28" wheels, but I can confirm that these fit a variety of wheel and tire sizes, from 29" plus size mountain bike tires to skinny 27.5" road tires and about everything in between.Someone said they were confused on lack of packaging and the rear tire mount:These are dead simple to install, it's just two bolts for the main rack and two bolts for the bottom rack. If you can't figure that out, I'm sorry but it's on you. Secondly, the only point of the rear tire holder is just to provide some resistance for the rear wheel when you pivot the bike so it stays on place and doesn't slide across your wall.To everyone saying that the handlebars pivot when the wheel is inserted:DUHHH. Obviously if it's going to accommodate so many tire sizes, then your handlebar is going to pivot to one side once inserted. All in all, for 110 bucks, the 4-pack is a steal and saves a ton of room in my 1-car garage. Totally worth it.
