I used to go to so much efforts to make stock... then a professional chef told me his secret - this! It produces brilliant sauces, with whatever consistency you want. No more boiling away to reduce, just add more mix. Great flavour.

Surprisingly tasty for granules. Will last for ages.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Been using this Demi glacé for years , great product and so much easier than making you’re own , it’s really versatile, last week being a retired chef by trade I added some fresh damson jam and a little bit of garlic , brilliant with roast chicken , product highly recommended

This stuff is lovely. I use it as a gravy, York puds flavouring & a paste for a face mask

I liked how easy it was to use and the way it dissolved. Only down part was the flavour. It wasn't as the sane as the original demi glacé sauce.

This makes the most delicious gravy. I have it with Roast Beef and all my family love it. I cannot recommend it highly enough. There is more than a years ‘use by’ date on the box and the carton comes with a strong sealing plastic lid to keep the granules fresh. To be honest, I only realised when using my last carton at the weekend (5/2025) that the use by date was 10/2023 but it still tasted delicious, but thought it best I replace it!!!!!!
