I was so exciting to unwrap this for Christmas. My mother bought it for me and just used my account to get it. It worked perfectly the first day, I was showing it off to everyone who came over my house. But since then, I'm very lucky if the door opens. I feel I can't risk putting anything in there just incase it doesn't open again. So I'm just using it as a decorative piece instead, an expensive decorative piece. Completely disappointed! I could of been just unlucky and got a Faulty one, so, if you don't mind the risk then I woul get it, it was great showing it off. I was quite impressed with it before it broke.

I'm updating my review. I bought this a while ago. Although the TARDIS model is fine, the app is no longer available on any device. Therefore, you simply have an expensive model which cannot be opened. I have contacted Zeon (the manufacturer), but it would seem that they no longer trade.

Spent most of Christmas Day trying to get it to work! The companion app hasn't even been updated for the iPhone 5-sized screen, which renders it useless, and even with an iPhone 4 it has so many glitches it is completely unusable. Couldn't even get it to open once.Honestly, I have no idea how this is still for sale given they haven't even bothered to update the app in the past 2 years! If it was ever a functional toy, it definitely isn't now!
