This is my opinion only and this is what they are asking in this review. I love my coffee and don't always want to make a full pot to have one cup of coffee. This is why I have always had a single-serve unit. I started with a Keurig, change over to a ninja, back to a Keurig, and noticed that the coffee makers are not as well made as they were when I started using them. My full pot coffee maker is a Bunn and I love my Bunn. When my Keurig broke down again my husband and I decided we would not buy another. We started researching Bunn for a single-serve unit. Nothing came up on Amazon so we went to the website and glory to be told they had a unit. After researching the product and all the high-quality features we bought the BUNN MCU My Cafe Single Cup Multi-Use Coffee Brewer. I am so impressed with this machine.The coffee comes out hot every time, you can adjust your taste, easy to use and cleaning is a snap. When it arrived we notice right off the high-quality craftsmanship. I love this machine and wanted to let everyone know, that you can find a high-quality single-cup café that will stand up to everyday use and one easy step to clean. If you are an adamant coffee or tea drinker this is the machine for you Thank you Bunn!!!!!

This is our favorite coffee maker. We use it daily. I makes such a great cup of coffee.

The media could not be loaded. This is my 2nd MyCafe. The first one finally failed after so many years and I was afraid I'd have to settle for a different coffee maker.To my joy I found that Bunn was still making my cafe so I ordered one up getting it within a few days. I was disappointed that it didn't have the drip tray and grill.The ground coffee drawer keeps falling apart so I have to keep digging the parts out out the trash can.Can you please send me a replacement ground coffee drawer, I really don't want to return the coffee make and have to find a replacement.I really enjoy my cafe but I can't live with the detective ground coffee drawer.Ron Deault. I bought my first MCU in 2015 and it lasted me eight years and I loved it. It finally died and I was happy to see that Bunn has started to sell these again (they were off the market for a while).Bunn has really cut corners on the new model. The least of which is the lack of drip tray. The first new one I got leaked like a sieve after brewing, with water continuing to drip from the spray head. I had replaced the spray head on my old one a couple of times (Bunn used to send out new ones for free), so I know how to remove and reseat. I thought that might be the problem but it was not. I returned that unit and took a replacement instead of a refund. I now have the second unit and this one does not finish the brewing cycle with the required blast of air to get all the water out of the K-Cup. Resulting with a K-Cup full of water when you remove it from the unit. A real mess. This one is going back as well.Another instance of how Bunn has cut corners is that on the 2015 model, the K-Cup holder was Stainless Steel on the outside. The 2023 unit- good old plastic.If it was still 2015, I would be giving this 5 stars and recommending as a buy. Unfortunately, in 2023, I say stay away.

I was looking for a small coffee maker for my office. I don't like to make a large pot if I'm the only one drinking coffee. I have always used a Bunn because I think their machines make great-tasting coffee with the pre-heated water. This did not disappoint. I use this in my office when I want to treat myself to my "special" coffee, so I don't have to share it with the whole staff, using the machine in the kitchen. Would recommend.

Love the maker, but not as nice as older model that came with stainless steel backslash. Works as well though!

I'll admit i like a stronger cup of dark roast, but seems no matter what I try I rarely get a fully extracted cup of coffee from this machine. I have owned it for a month, I read the manual and did the initial clean/flush as recommended. I've tried varying the water level and grind but I almost always get a weak coffee and a coffee drawer that has standing water in it. I've tried everything from pre-ground espresso to a very fresh coffee where the grind is up to the lowest (highest?) level on my burr grinder and looks like mulch, still have standing water in the drawer. Considering the "pre-heated" water thing isn't much of a benefit when you only use the machine for one hour out of 24 and have to wait for it to reheat each morning (not saying i want to hot for the full 24, but having it hot for even 4 hours in the AM is no benefit to me), I'm just not seeing any value here. Having spent the money on the machine and assuming i cannot return it used at this point ill keep trying but honestly just using my moka pot more often.

I've had Bunn's coffee makers before and they were great. This I love a great cup of coffee in 30 seconds. It was easy to set up.

This is a fantastic single use coffee maker. I have used my first one for over 10 years. Only reason I bought new one is because the brew your own blend attachment has failed. I have made several cups of coffee every day for over 10 years. I also use it several times a day for hot water. Perfect temperature for herbal teas or just when I need a hot but not boiling bit of water. I live with hard water so I descale about every 3 months with just white vinegar. When I first purchased came with only one attachment now it comes with additional 3 for the same price. I strongly recommend this coffee maker.

we have had one of these for a few years now.Read somewhere that Bunn might discontinue them,soI ordered one right away and stored it away.They are a great long lasting unit.
