Este cuchillo de marca Huusk de 9" tiene muy buen filo, y es perfecto, pero creo que el que nos enviaron tiene uno que otro defecto de fabrica ya que el mango está medio chueco y el metal dorado está medio salido haciendo que al sostenerlo cale un poco en la mano. También hablemos sobre porque al recibir mi paquete venía con algo pegajoso en la parte del cuchillo, intentamos lavarlo y lo pulimos con aceite y no se le logro quitar al 100%. Del rento está bien creo, pero si estos defectos son de fabrica si me gustaría cambiarlo por otro mejor.

YES !!! This Huusk 9” Kiritsuke chef knife is everything I dreamed of all in one knife. Every detail of this knife SCREAMS flawlessly ultimate quality! The handle fits my hand perfectly and is machined as smooth as silk. The 9” blade length is the length I’ve been looking for. The weight and balance of this knife is beyond my wildest expectations for my comfort and feeling like it’s an extension of my arm that I was born with. The hammered dimpling on the blade “releases” every type of food that I gently stroke through with no sticking whatsoever. And sharpness ?!? Oh my! Beef, tomatoes, onions, celery and a hard baguette that I stroked through today for my first use felt like THEY WEREN’T EVEN THERE ! Thank you, Huusk !!!

I wish this item had FULL TANG. Then it would perfect.

When I got the knife it was DULL!!! After I sharpened it...it's great. Good fit and easy to use. A good buy for the price
