Calories are super reasonable for the protein level & always grateful to find great tasting high protein plant based foods!As a vegan with bad ADHD - I go through fixations with many things, especially when it comes to grab and go high protein & reasonable carb foods since getting back to the gym lifting 4-5 days a week!Addy makes my hunger signals shut down but these are always easy to stomach - great texture (soft and not gritty whatsoever). I love the flavor and honestly don’t think I’ll ever get sick of these!Summer rolling in fast made me decide to try putting some in the fridge so they don’t melt in my gym bag but they’re so freaking good cold, I can’t wait until after the gym to eat them 🤣 also the perfect high protein “dessert” alternative since I’m a salty with my sweet kinda gal. Even my brother thinks they’re good and that says a lot considering he mostly refuses to try plant based anything lolLastly. Totally worth the price. I get these delivered every other week so I can’t run out - no cap lol

I absolutely love the ALOHA Organic Plant-Based Protein Bars in Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip—so much so that I’ve purchased them nearly 20 times at this point! Not to mention boxes from the grocery store! These bars have become a staple in my diet because they’re not only delicious but also made with clean, easy-to-understand ingredients. I ordered two flavors, the Dark Chocolate Mint and the Dark Chocolate Brownie. I have had the bars in the past when I purchased at the grocery store (Chol Chip Cookie Dough) and I liked the bars. It's sooooo DIFFICULT to find a good vegan bar "without" oats and nuts. I would Love to have a Coconut bar w/o nuts, along with some other healthy flavors such as cherry w/o chocolate. This is a good brand.

If you've ever wondered what it's like to bite into a piece of chalk filled with faint mint and coconut regret, these Aloha bars are for you. The texture is pure drywall, the flavor is "Grasshopper cookie that gave up," and the aftertaste will haunt you through your cardio session. That said... they are 220 calories with 14g of protein and relatively clean ingredients, which earns them a permanent slot in my "emergency rations of the cut phase." I wouldn't eat these for pleasure, but on low-calorie days when I'm trying to hit protein goals without blowing my macros, they get the job done. Think of them as the MREs of dieting: barely edible, but sometimes necessary for survival. 5 stars for function, minus 2 for flavor trauma. Bonus star for reminding me how much I miss real food.

Insanely good value here. These retail for around $30 but they occasionally go on discount for $25 and under for a box.Each box has 12 bars with 14g of protein which is excellent. I've had a habit of munching on junk but thanks to these, I've been eating healthier and monitoring my calorie intake as a slimmer-build male. So these will definitely help me in building muscle and adding more pounds.Also the energy I get from a bar is efficient. I've only ever had a Clif bar before, which I didn't really like. These taste a lot more natural and are also easier to consume.

This is a great product so I would give it five stars. BUT THE SHIPPING WAS NOT UP TO PAR. THE DRIVER LEFT IT OUT ALMOST INTO THE STREET NEXT TO MY POST AT THE MAILBOX AND OF COURSE THAT DAY IT WAS ABOUT 98° OUTSIDE. SO THE PRODUCT COMPLETELY MELTED. I WOULD GIVE DELIVERY ONE STAR IF EVEN THAT. It says the product is melt resistant, but that is only under normal circumstances. I’m surprise somebody didn’t steal the product.

My very favorite protein bars. They taste good, deliver a good amount of protein, without too many carbs. When I first started buying them they were $36/box but have recently come down in price. The flavors are excellent - some are chocolate coated and some are not. They will last me a few hours; great for travel or a healthy snack. I like that you get so many flavors in the box; 2 each of six flavors. I really like these.

I've tried many varieties of Aloha bars at this point. I think the caramel Pecan is probably my favorite flavor but it doesn't seem to satiate me as much as others. I usually stick with the Brownie one because it's simple and filling. I recently tried the chocolate espresso and while the flavor is decent it left me with an odd aftertaste that stuck with me all day. Best way I can describe it is that after coffee feeling in your mouth like your teeth feel fuzzy. It didn't make my teeth feel fuzzy but it reminded me of it. I don't love it which mean I'm not looking forward to finishing this box...
