Product was under inflated.
Took some doing but I got a standard ball inflation needle to work. Some instructions would help.

Had to use a bike tire inflator which was annoying but now it works like a gem.

Not enough air in them.
Not enough air in it, so not happy l have to now try to figure out how-to put more air into it. Or send them both back.

I was given exercises by my physical therapist to improve my balance. sitting on this does help strengthen my core. I sit on it now even when I'm not doing my exercises. I do like this product, very much worth the money.

they come semi inflated
I purchased 2 of these to use for my students with sensory needs. They both came semi inflated. I will have to purchase a pump. Not at all what I expected; I thought I could take it out and use it right away.
