We have bought 3 sets of this item now, firstly for us, then 2 more sets for friends and family. Good quality product, sturdy and solidly made. Comes with a USB-C charging lead but lasts quite well on 1 charge. Adjutable grind size is useful. Had reason to contact customer support and they were very helpful. I Recommend this product.

They are quite tall but stylish and set well in the stand. It’s nice that they can be changed for the salt/pepper size to suit everyone. We are delighted especially that they are rechargeable, no batteries needed.

Bought to replace some ageing Salter grinders which were a bit rubbish tbh, these are way better. Much better build quality, they're quieter and more powerful. The built in rechargeable batteries last ages between charging and are far more convenient. I did wonder about buy the set with the high speed option but these are more than fast enough for most if not all domestic situations. Only negative observation is that the grind size isn't very fine even on the finest setting, the manual grinders from Le Creuset are much much more adjustable in this respect. Even so a 5 star value for money.

For my experience this grinders are the best available on Amazon. Tried some others but the grinding adjustment of these is superior and these are built with solid materials. I also had an issue with one of those but the client service immediately responded to my questions and I got rapidely to a solution. 5 Stars completly earned.
