Safe use of Grinder for longer term operation
The containers should not be overloaded and the motor should not get overheated. It should be allowed to cool down reset and the power is on again. Otherwise, it seems to bevan excellent grinder. The blades are very good. The ingredients have to be cut into small pieces. It should be done in batches so as not to overfunction the motor, which then automatically switches off.

USELESS PRODUCT and SUPPORT
I would like to give one star rating. Got this product in July and August it started acting up. Have 2 years warranty on this damn thing. Nor the customer service nor amazon could get anything out of them. I got this item for my 70 year old, whenever he tries to use the mixer he could feel static. and there is power running even it is not operational. How could he use it. I explained and waited until now but no response. DONT BUY THIS THING. WASTE OF MONEY and WARRANTY is just an EYE WASH.

Defective Product – Mixer Not Working.
I ordered this mixer from Amazon, but unfortunately it is not working at all. The motor does not start even after proper connection. The product seems to be defective. I am very disappointed with the quality and request a replacement or refund.
