I have now had this car seat for 2 months and my baby is comfortable and every time he’s in it he’s asleep but then again what 2 month old isn’t?, I definitely think it is comfortable for home since he doesn’t get fussy in it and as a second time C-section mom it definitely is easy to carry when I’m by myself, it looks exactly like the picture and really good quality and cleans pretty easy!

I guess we can call ourselves a “Cybex family”. I do like this car seat. It’s beautiful, keeps my newborn cool during this SoCal heat, good canopy coverage. Super easy install and feels very safe when installed in car or stroller. Works flawlessly with both our Cybex strollers/attachments. It’s quality you’d expect from Cybex and I also love how lightweight it is. My only drawback is I wish it was a bit more padded under the newborn insert. Once that is removed, I can’t imagine any baby’s bum would be comfortable for very long. I read reviews stating this but I was in a time crunch and needed a car seat quickly so I just ordered knowing it would work for time being. I will most likely switch once he’s out of the insert weight limit.

I was skeptical about this carseat at first, but got this one because I am about to have my third baby and honestly need something lighter to make my life a little easier with 3 kids lolBut oh my goodness! This carseat exceeded my expectations!First, it really is lite weight. like it weighs less than my old bucket seat WITH the base still on it! how ?! I love it! I will say one of the ways they may have made it happen was by leaving out some extra padding, so its not the softest once your baby grows out of the newborn inserts, but its still comfy I think. which leads me to my next point!Second, its so breathable! The fabric is cool to the touch and does not feel like it will hold heat like other fabrics. We live in a warmer climate so having a airy fabric is great! Even the canopy is lite and should keep a healthy air flow in the bucket seat when it is up.Third (and possibly my favorite) the manual for this carseat IS. SO. THOUGHT. THROUGH!!! It was super easy to read, and very very easy to figure out how to adjust the seat, the safety limitations and how to actually use it and safely secure your child. I cannot express how many parents do not read their carseat manual and do not care to dig for the safety information. But this manual has a majority of its info in the first 10 pages, and then even has the installation instructions on the base, and the expiration date on the carseat. You have no excuse to not know how to properly use this carseat and safely secure your child its written so well.Overall, while I wish it was more padded for when I have to take the infant inserts out...I still really like this carseat and am excited to bring our little one home in it soon! It is well thought through, and a nice light weight and airy carseat.
