Value tape for discomfort
The tape stayed intact on my foot for days. It’s a good buy and helped with my muscle soreness.

Somewhat satisfied
I like that the product was cut to use and no cumbersome cutting to fit. The product wasn't very good at staying in place with a lot of bending etc.

Lacks Stability
They are easy to apply and comfortable to wear, but they don’t do as good as a job as normal kinesiology tape. They are not as thick or as stickyas normal single piece tapes so I feel like they don’t hold my knee in the exact position that I want it as well. I can tell that I have more stability with other tapes. Which is disappointing because I was really excited to use this combo tape.

Good tape therapy.
Helps a lot as soon as you apply on your knee. With the days it goes down a little bit. We should have something to help remove the tape without ripped your skin.

Great knee stabilizer. Reduces knee pain.
I have a torn meniscus and a patella that slips due to the knee grove being too shallow. Im a floor RN and aim moving alot. This tape helps to give my knee stability and I'm not after of it slipping out. This is my 2nd time purchasing this product.

Waste of Money
Disappointing- wish I could give no stars on this. I was hoping to have knee support that could be worn under my pant leg. The stretch on these is vertical instead of horizontal. This does not allow you to add any tension. The fabric is so thin too. I did not get relief or support for my knee pain. Unfortunately the only way to know this is to open the package and use one. Doubt I can return it now. Very disappointed. Will not buy this item on Amazon again. Going to have to find someplace local where I can see the stretch and quality before purchasing. Waste of money for sure.

Helps eliminate a lot of cutting
The premade tape is great as no cutting! Great value & works really well. Adhesive is very sticky & stayed on for several days even going through several showers in the morning too! Very comfortable as it felt like I want wearing it.
