I'm a fan of this creatine powder, it mixes well whether its going in with protein or just by itself. No grittiness or lumps after scooping into my shaker bottle, it blends really well. The unflavored style is my preference and this is right on point, no weird flavors or tastes, barely notice it's there. The recommended serving is right in line with standards, and I love that it's 100 percent pure, I take a nutrient stack so I definitely prefer when nothing else is added in as I've already accounted for that.Good serving size, if you're doing an initial load period and taking extra it'll still last you about a month and a half.

I find that this powder dissolves very easily in whatever I mix it into. Water, juice, even coffee, no problem. Sometimes I add it to my oatmeal. I believe that is does provide additional energy while working out. I like mountain ops other products as well. Always seems to be high quality.
