HARUHARU Wonder Centella Sunflower Makeup-Melting Cleansing Balm 100gr

I am enjoying using this makeup removing balm. It’s unlike the makeup removing wipes, creams, and liquids I typically use. It’s gentle and effective in removing makeup. It has the consistency of soft chapstick or lip balm. It doesn’t dry out my skin and almost moisturizes it, without being greasy. I love the convenience of makeup remover wipes, but I feel they strip moisture out of my skin, so I like to use them in moderation. It’s nice to have this makeup remover balm as an alternative.I like that the balm has little to no fragrance because I get enough fragrance from other skincare products.I have been using this balm with disposable face towelettes that I wet with water, and this has been working well. It would also work well with cotton pads, disposable face sponges, a washcloth, etc.

First of all Haruharu Wonder is a well-known Korean brand, and they have a great reputation for creating some solid beauty products. It’s formulated with quite a few ingredients that help to nourish the skin barrier, such as centella asiatica, jojoba seed oil, squalane, and sunflower seed oil…just to name a few.It’s has a creamy texture, and it feels nice on the skin. I have sensitive skin and haven’t experienced any irritation or negative reactions. A little goes a long way, and you use the small scoop included to keep the balm free from bacteria. You massage it into the skin for at least 30 seconds and then add a bit of water to help emulsify the product. Continue rubbing until you’re ready to rinse it off. It performs as well as other balms I’ve used at removing makeup. I always follow up with a regular cleanser after using this as it’s not meant to used as a stand alone product (at least in my its not).

I prefer cleansing balms to oil cleaners. It calms my rosacea and has no scent. It has a little spoon on the top so you can scoop the product onto your hand.

This one took my sunscreen and makeup off without a problem. The residue is easily washed off by a dual cleanse. I didn't break out with this one at all, which is nice since I know other ones have broken me out from just how thick the balm was.

This cleansing balm works like magic! It melts away my waterproof makeup effortlessly. The balm is a little bit thicker than my normal cleanser but once it touches my skin, it melts away any stubborn makeup that I might have left on my face. It's super gentle and doesn't strip my skin at all. As a plus, this cleansing balm is unscented so I think that this is definitely safe for those who are sensitive to fragrances! As someone with sensitive skin, I did not notice any irritation from using this product.Because it's an oil-based cleanser, it doesn't dry out and strip my face, unlike other cleansers. Usually, I always have the hardest time removing lash glue from my lashes but with this cleansing balm, it is able to remove my lash glue better than any other cleansers that I have tried before. Additionally, the oil-based cleanser works great for cleaning out my pores and I have noticed my blackheads have diminished since using this product! This cleansing balm is perfect for double cleansing. Since it is an oil-based cleanser, make sure to follow up with your normal cleanser to help remove any additional oil or debris that's left on your skin! :)

I love Korean skincare and I love products with natural ingredients and no synthetic fragrances added. So I was hoping this would be a slam dunk for me. The first time I tried it I wasn’t wearing makeup and I liked how it made my skin feel after using it to clean my face. The following day I tried it when I was wearing a full face of makeup for the real test. It handled my face makeup great, melting it away. But my eye makeup was another story. I had to really rub my eyes to get it to dissolve my mascara (which was not waterproof). When I finally got it sufficiently dissolved, I realized the balm had congealed the mascara into little black clumps that were now located inside my eye. So then I had to go and dig inside my eye to pull out all the gunk left behind. It was time-consuming and my vision was blurry for a but with all the balm covering my eyeballs. For that reason, I won’t be using it again to try and remove my eye makeup. Disappointing.The product comes with a tiny scoop so you never have to touch and possibly contaminate the balm. The jar I received expires about 3 years out from when I received it.

I thought that my dry sensitive skin was going to fall for this cleansing balm in a much bigger way than it did. First of all it is a great product and works quite well. It's a solid fragrance free balm that turns to a luxurious oil once on the skin. It massages in easily and feels fantastic on the face. It's rather enjoyable to use this balm as it's occlusive and satiny. It does remove makeup very well but that is not a main concern for me as I mostly don't wear any other than lipstick. It did leave my skin a bit tight and dry feeling which I was surprised by because I was expecting more moisture from this balmI'm giving it five stars because it's a high quality product and it works. It's made by one of the top K Beauty brands on the market and their products are all top quality. This one is no exception as it's full of great nourishing skin care ingredients.It seems like it could be used by most skin types, but if you are oily it might be slightly to heavy for youI like the graphics of the box design and the jar is easy to open and is packed with a large portion of product along with a little spatula to scoop the balm out with. A little goes a long way and will last a long timeALWAYS do a patch test 24 hours before using any new skin care products
