I've used this brand of shampoo before. The jamaican black castor oil line works well for my and my girls' hair. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because when I opened the box, the conditioner had spilled out. Luckily it was only the conditioner and not the shampoo. Whoever is in charge of packaging should check and make sure everything is sealed tightly.Other than the spillage, the size of the bottles should last for a good amount of time.

So I just have to say first off the smell is just 😋 I could eat it! it's like vanilla caramel/baked goods, I don't know how to describe it but it's delicious smelling 😁 and I guess the more important part😂 it works great, it is so moisturizing and nourishing for your hair and has worked great on my curly dry hair, it's silky smooth and lathers wonderful, both shampoo and conditioner, I am impressed. I love the brand and have tried some other other stuff and have liked it, but some of their hair products seem to weigh my curls down and I was afraid that this shampoo conditioner and leave in conditioner might do that but so far I've not had any issue with it! the leave-in conditioner works great and you only need a little glob, smells good too! I have been using this for almost a month, I only wash my hair once a week but I can notice a difference, I'm very happy. I feel my hair is healthier feeling, more manageable and I think it's has helped balanced by scalp oil out for the most part, I used to get greasier faster with other shampoos and conditioners, this seems to really help keep my scalp oil production under control and helps keep my hair and curls manageable and did I tell you it smells delicious???😂😂😂 Also you get these great big bottles so I feel like it's an awesome deal.Highly recommended!Cheers

I love this brand, I discovered it a few years back watching YouTube videos. I have thick curly hair and struggle with dryness and frizziness, the shampoo and conditioner not only combat my struggles, it makes my scalp feels much more moisturized. The bottles are huge and the scents are wonderful, another hit from a wonderful brand, great for those women with thick, curly hair, five stars!

I love this shampoo and conditioner! It has helped my hair feel healthier and have more density. Perfect for anyone who is looking to have hydrated curls! A lot depends on hair type so results can vary but I did recommended this to a lot of my friends.

The really sweet scent caught me a bit off guard, it is okay but not what I'm used to. Was disappointed that the shampoo just did not want to lather, and I was expecting a deep cleanse but my hair just felt like it had product build up after two washes. The conditioner and leave-in work okay, didn't notice any spectacular difference in my hair vs not using them. Don't see myself only using this product line regularly. The size of the bottles is very large, so I will keep them in rotation between my other/usual products to at least try to use them up over time.

After a few weeks of trying this set out, I feel like I can give my honest review. To preface this review, my hair type is dry and damaged (all over bleach and vivid color), very long, and slightly wavy.I L-O-V-E-D the shampoo, with level 9 bleached hair the moment shampoo hits my hair it feels like dry straw, but this SheaMoisture shampoo actually felt nice, and lathered really well! I was really floored the first time I tried it. Sadly the conditioner didn't wow me at all, it just felt like any other low to mid tier conditioner, though I'm sure for more normal hair types it would be great.Scent wise, I was pleasantly surprised! I hate peppermint and apple cider vinegar as scents, but the shea butter scent is so overpowering I couldn't tell either of those ingredients were present.These bottles are HUGE, so it will probably take me until next year to go through them, haha. The pumps worked perfectly. Considering how much I spend on smaller bottles, I think the price is fair for what you get.
