These are sharp enough to cut through thin silver foil sandwiched between two sheets of paper: perfect for what I needed.

These look a bit flimsy, but now that I've used them, they do a very good job - even with very thin papers (6 - 8 at a time is best).

For just a few extra bucks, this set is worth it. There are other products that will work but it wont last as long as these two punches will. The shapes are consistent with each punch. There’s nothing better than that. Try it for yourself!

Absolutely no problem cutting circles even with thicker paper up to 120 weight. But the circles get stuck in the holding s!It sometimes. Its built well, heavy and easy to use. They are about the size of your hand and fit in lots of organizers.

I found gripping this to be a little difficult: aggravated by needing to hold it upside down to see where I'm making the punch.The punch tolerance isn't very tight. This isn't a problem for stiffer materials, such as sheets of paper, but it isn't suitable for softer materials, such as plastic bags. I'm punching holes in bags, to facilitate hanging them, and I have a 1/4" punch which works well. But I'd like a larger hole.
