This golf tool is good for your grip on the club and your swing. The tool is t that long but when you swing it, it extends and makes a noise. It has helped me ensure my grip on the club is correct.

This comes in very handy to remind you for the perfect grip. A good grip is important for a good shot. So many things to think about with golf, so building your muscle memory is great. This will help with that.

The inventor of this aid built it so that it could provide several benefits. It's easy to unconsciously change the way you grip the club over time, and conforming it to the shape of the training grip helps get you back on track. The noise the trainer shaft makes at the bottom of the downswing matches the point when the clubhead should be reaching its maximum velocity in your swing. It also helps keep you from swinging too hard too early as you start the downswing. The one thing I wish was different is instead of a ball at the end of the shaft, there would be a simulated clubhead. It always helps me to take slow swings with a shortened club and watch where the clubhead is facing at different points. A ball doesn't provide that feedback. But all in all, this is a good, well made product.

Everything the description says, it does not fulfill any of that. Poor quality.

This product is pretty good for working on your grip. I've definitely noticed my hand placement improving. But it doesn't really feel like a real golf club because the weight balance just isn’t the same as a real golf club. So, it's not great for practicing your entire swing. If you just want to practice/fix your grip, it's worth a try! But for practicing your entire swing, this probably won’t do it.Other than that, the product is easy to use and compact. But it does not come with any instructions so look up some videos online if you don’t know how to hold/use this thing.Keep in mind that there are right handed and left handed versions of this. Get the correct one or else you won’t have a good time.

I typically like to use this tool to warm up. It’s great to get the joints and blood going prior to teeing off. It has a spare set handle for your hands to help you remember setup and placement. It’s small and compact so it’s easy to toss in your bag without getting in the way.

When I saw this i thought what the heck? I've always used a Medicus swing trainer. I got this and tried it right away and it does perform well in giving feedback as it extends when your swing speed is maximized with an audible click. this allows you to tell if your acceleration is in the right spot to have an effective hit. it will also let you know if your tempo is correct. If your looking for additional training tools this is a decent one to have in your bag of tricks. It will also allow you to work on your rotation and things inside as it is not as long as a regular club., I've dented a few ceilings with my Medicus over the years, opps.

Husband likes how transportable this swing aid is. The size may be over a foot long and as you swing it, the stick expands. He can take this tool anywhere and practice his golf swing.
