Easy to assemble - no more than a minute to click together and no tools required. The main measuring sections are actually alluminium, however, the interconnects, the base and the head measuring level are plastic - but a good grade of plastic. Accuracy is good and its easy to use. Double easy to read measurements in metric and imperial. I strongly recommend that you place the base on a hard floor (no carpets) for wobble free readings. Unless you're a professioinal that requires measurements on a daily basis, then this stadiometer can also be easily disassembled quickly - making it ideal for the casual home measurement. Everything can be easily stored in the included carry pouch - very compact in terms of storage space. And its very lightweight.

I bought this portable stadiometer to verify my height for an online challenge, and it did exactly what I needed. It was really easy to put together and just as simple to take apart. If you need to measure height regularly — whether for fitness tracking, medical reasons, or something else — this is a great tool. I ended up returning it only because I no longer needed it after completing the challenge, but I was genuinely impressed with how sturdy and convenient it was. If you’re looking for something portable and reliable, I’d definitely recommend it.

There's no doubting the quality of this, it's genuinely medical device quality. It was very easy to put together, but a little tougher to pull apart, and the scale is clear and easy to read. It's a very simple device but it's reassuringly accurate. Packed away it's quite bulky but lightweight so if you wanted to travel around with it, you could do so. It's great to be able to finally resolve the height related arguments that all parents are familiar with, but this is probably better suited to a care setting or school than a home given the price. That said, if you need a high quality professional standard stadiometer then this is money well spent.

Easy to put together, however I was unable to take it apart to put away in it's case so not portable (may need more strength than I have to pull the sections apart) Not a problem as I will only use it at home, but was hoping to put it away when not in use

Have to admit this was a purchase based on checking children's height for restrictions and a bit of fun, the item itself is perfect and does it's job excellently. It does take space and so now I've used it I have no idea where to place it, so casual users might have to bare that in mind and find a corner of a room to leave it in! Was good fun though measuring everyone and they all enjoyed it.

L'unico stadiometro portatile che raggiunge quest altezza! I materiali sono addirittura migliori di altre marche più famose. Per quanto riguarda la scala graduata, consiglio di trovare il verso giusto durante il montaggio nel caso in cui i due pezzi non dovessero combaciare perfettamente. Mi sembra molto professionale. E' arrivato anche con una borsettina per il trasporto in dotazione. Non metto 5 stelle soltanto perchè il palo è bene o male flessibile (che è in realtà una problematica di tutti questi misuratori portatili), il che necessita comunque di un operatore esperto per il suo utilizzo professionale.

Buono ma non eccezionale perché montarlo e smontarlo risulta difficoltoso.

Tra i prodotti professionali e gli aggeggi super economici, speravo ci fosse questo. Asta assolutamente ballerina, tende a flettersi indietro e lateralmente, per quanto innestata sul supporto. Misurazione imprecisa rispetto a standard di riferimento migliori.
